We are so excited at United Ministries
of Sumter County to add the Samaritan
House of Sumter to our ministry efforts
in the community! Samaritan House is a
local shelter serving Sumter's
homeless with a warm bed, a hot
shower, a meal, and friendly Christian
fellowship in a loving and safe
environment.

Are you an employer? We have some
people that really want and need work.
Please call us.
Great opportunity for Christian
business owners!

These are real people needing real jobs.

Samaritan House
What We Do:

Samaritan House is a
night shelter that opens
at 6:00pm every evening
to allow rest to individuals
without a place to sleep
(individuals must leave
the shelter at 7:00am).

We provide a meal every
evening and allow
residents to shower and
wash clothes while they
stay.

Clients may show up at
Samaritan House between
6 pm and 8 pm with their
social security card in
order to stay for the night.
